On the plate are the family coats of arms of Johannes Bosboom (1817 - 1891) and his wife Geertruida Bosboom - Toussaint (1812 - 1886). The plate is made in 1888 and possibly a present of Colenbrander to Johannes Bosboom in memory of his wife.
